All roads lead to Gauteng
Gauteng | 02 November
After spending a while in the Free State, my trip to Gauteng started about two weeks ago. On arrival I visited the new Jonsson Workwear Distribution Centre, where I was received by some of the Jonsson Workwear Sales Reps. During my first few days in the City of Gold, I visited several Jonsson Workwear customers including a box production factory, a putty making factory as well as a laser cutting factory.
With my luck the weather was brilliant all week, which made for some fantastic outdoor shots. I finished off the week with a photo shoot at Able Removers and afterwards I was lucky enough to be invited back to the homes of some of the workers on the farm where I managed to capture some intimate shots of them in their homes. This was very unique experience(View Images below).
When the weekend arrived, I was asked by one of my favorite South African bands and personal friends, Isochronous, to travel with them to Nelspruit as they had a gig at The Blue Moon.
It was a great start to my first week in Gauteng, bring on next week!
